ANNA MARIA ISLAND, Fla. (Oct. 17, 2023) – In 1993, Ed Chiles opened Beach House Waterfront Restaurant with a promise to serve great food while being a good steward of the environment. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Beach House has launched “The 90s Are Back” campaign offering guests “throwback” menus for lunch and dinner along with promotional deals through the end of 2023. Located at 200 Gulf Drive N, Bradenton Beach, Beach House is part of the Chiles Hospitality portfolio and is recognized as a model for eco-friendly development and operations.

Available now, the 90s-inspired “throwback” menus offer a selection of guests’ all-time favorite dishes, including coconut shrimp, BBQ platter, pan-seared crab cakes, steak tacos, and beechnut grouper. A 30th-anniversary blueberry cobbler is available for dessert. Items on the menus are available à la carte or through promotional deals: $19.93 for two courses during lunch and a prix-fixe dinner for two at $90. Dining guests will receive 20% off in the gift shop with 30th Anniversary merchandise purchases.

Sustainable practices at Beach House include composting and oyster shell recycling through Gamble Creek Farms, an organic-certified farm owned and operated by Chiles Hospitality. Seasonal, fresh ingredients and produce are grown at the farm through permaculture and natural farming techniques.
